Earlier this year, you probably remember seeing the Aston Martin DBX707—which offers significantly more numbers than the standard DBX. But as you also probably know, the story never ends there. There has to be an AMR Edition, and that’s exactly what we’re looking at here.
The Aston Martin DBX707 AMR23 Edition takes its styling inspiration from the AMR23 F1 car and the Official Medical Car of Formula 1. The exterior is painted in an exclusive Podium Green—complemented with Lime Green accents. The brake calipers behind the dark multi-spoke wheels are painted in Aston Martin Racing Green. You can also notice a unique Q by Aston Martin fender badge.
On the inside, there’s a generous application of carbon fibre as you can probably tell, and the Onyx Black & Eifel Green dual-tone-themed cockpit has been contrasted with Lime Green stitching. The AMR23 logo also appears on the door sills to leave occupants in no doubt of the Aston Martin racing bloodline, the company added in an official statement.
The 707 in the name suggests that there are no changes on those side of things, which means this F1-inspired special edition packs 520 kW (707 metric hp) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque from AMG-sourced 4.0L V8 biturbo engine.
