Both 595 and 695 are available in Turismo variants, which are for a more relaxed driving affair. But there are also F595 and 695 Competizione variants, which are geared towards more dynamic drivers.
The 695 Competizione gets a Record Monza Sovrapposto exhaust system with titanium pipes; mechanical limited-slip differential, and carbon-shelled Sabelt seats with red contrast stitching. The rest of the features are carried over from the regular Abarth 695, including 17-inch alloy wheels, Koni suspension on both axles, 3D Navigation, automatic climate control, and materials including Alcantara and carbon fibre. The F595 also gets a Record Monza Sovrapposto exhaust system; a special F595 badge that pays homage to Formula 4; 17-inch alloy wheels, Koni front suspension, 3D Navigation, and automatic climate control.
Key features on the regular 595 include 16-inch alloy wheels, a double chrome exhaust, front fog lamps, body-colored mirror caps, and black fabric seats.
The Abarth 695 packs a 1.4-litre 4-cylinder T-Jet engine with 132 kW (180 metric hp) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque, and can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. Abarth claims a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time of 6.7 seconds and a top speed of 225 km/h (140 mph). The Abarth 595 also packs the same powerplant, but the power output here is 121.5 kW (165 metric hp). The official 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time here is 7.3 seconds with the manual and 7.4 seconds with the AMT; the top speed is 217 km/h (135 mph).
Braking duties in the 695 are handled by discs measuring 305 mm at the front and 240 mm at the rear, gripped by Brembo calipers. In the 595, the discs measure 284 and 240 mm, respectively.
And, one of the options on the 695 includes a rear spoiler which is adjustable by 12 positions, from 0° to 60°. In the maximum inclination position (60°), the spoiler increases the aerodynamic load by up to 42 kg (93 lbs) at a speed of 200 km/h (124 mph), Abarth said.
