Maruti Suzuki (MSIL) is launching a new product blockbuster in the country after a long time, which is, of course, the next generation Celerio hatchback. Several spy shots, dealer inventories and a short commercial have already fully revealed the product, but we are not gonna talk about that at the moment. But the official news is that the bookings have commenced across the country for a deposit of INR 11,000.
MSIL’s Chief Technical Officer CV Raman claims that the new Celerio is gonna be the most fuel-efficient petrol car in India, thanks to a new K-Series engine with idle start-stop technology.
“The all-new Celerio with a new petrol engine, vibrant and stylish design, and with a host of segment-first features is an all-rounder. We are confident that the new Celerio will once again energize the compact segment,” claimed the marketing division’s Shashank Srivastava.
