TVS Motor has launched a 125 cc variant of its Jupiter scooter, priced at INR 73,400 for the drum brake variant, INR 76,800 for the Drum-Alloy variant and INR 81,300 for the disc brake variant. The prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
The scooter is available in three colors: Dawn Orange, Indiblue and Titanium Grey. Key highlights include LED headlight, LED light guides, a rear grabrail reflector, Diamond-cut alloy wheels (optional), chrome accents, external fuel filler at the front, a smartphone charger at the front, all-in-one lock (handle, seat and fuel cap), and a front disc brake (optional).
The Jupiter 125 is powered by a 124.8 cc single-cylinder 4-stroke engine that develops 6 kW (8.15 metric hp) at 6,000 rpm and 10.5 Nm (7.75 lb-ft) of torque at 4,500 rpm, paired with a CVT.
