The 4th generation Skoda Octavia has finally arrived in India, priced at INR 25,99,000 for the Style trim and INR 28,99,000 for the Laurin & Klement trim. Both prices are ex-showroom, Pan India.
The 4th gen Skoda Octavia made its global debut in November 2019. Features depending on the trim include adaptive LED headlights with crystalline elements, LED fog lights with cornering function, LED taillights with dynamic turn signals, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Sadly, there’s no sunroof on offer.
Features inside include a 10-inch touchscreen, a Virtual Cockpit, 12-way electrically-adjustable front seats with memory, 2-zone climate control, rear AC vents, and a 11-speaker Canton audio system. Powering the new Octavia in India is a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that pumps out 140 kW (190 metric hp) between 4,180-6,000 rpm and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque between 1,500-3,990 rpm. A 7-speed DSG drives the front wheels.
A diesel powertrain might join at a later date.
