Jaguar has revealed the F-Type R-Dynamic Black, available in Coupe or Convertible, with prices in the UK starting at £64,455. It gets visual distinguishers and additional standard equipment.
The R-Dynamic Black is available in a choice of three metallic paints: Santorini Black, Eiger Grey and Firenze Red. It also gets a Black Pack and 20-inch, 5-split-spoke wheels with a gloss black finish. The wheels, known as ‘Style 5039’, are apparently not available on any other model in the range.
The cockpit features 12-way adjustable Performance Seats upholstered in Windsor leather with multiple contrast stitching options. A monogram pattern on the seats is repeated on the door cards. Other details include satin-finish aluminium gearshift paddles, an Ebony suedecloth headliner and illuminated treadplates with a Jaguar script. A 12.3-inch driver display comes standard.
As for the juicy bits, the F-Type R-Dynamic Black Coupe and Convertible are available with a 221 kW (300 metric hp) 2.0L 4-cylinder or a 331 kW (450 metric hp) 5.0L V8 engine. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed ZF automatic that drives the rear wheels as standard; the 5.0L is available in AWD as well.
