If the stock Abarth 595 Competizione is not already wide enough for you, Germany’s Pogea Racing has a ‘Hercules’ solution, which makes the car even wider, lower and significantly more powerful.
The body kit mainly comprises extended front and rear wings, additional bonnet louvers, and a massive rear wing. All components are made of carbon fibre, with painted or clear-coated options. The car also gets Pogea Label V1 coilover suspension consisting of four fully adjustable sports shocks teamed up with four progressive sports springs. The suspension lowers the car by 45 mm compared to the stock one. Rounding off the looks are 18-inch forged wheels wrapped with Michelin tyres. There are multiple rim designs to choose from.
Of course, the body kit itself won’t make the car powerful; Pogea has replaced a few components from the stock model. There’s a new ECU map and a flap-controlled Monster exhaust system with a 200-cell downpipe. Thermal insulation is optional. The 1.4L T-Jet motor now pumps out 162 kW (220 metric hp) at 5,900 rpm and a limited 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque at 3,600 rpm. Compared to the stock 595 Competizione, there’s an increase of 40 hp and 100 Nm. Pogea claims a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time of 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 232 km/h (144 mph).
