Alfa Romeo has revealed the 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo, a homage to the 1967 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale. Only 33 units will be built and are exclusive to North America. Prices in the U.S. start at $79,995.
The exterior of the car is finished in Rosso Villa d’Este tri-coat, complemented with gray-gold 5-hole alloy wheels measuring 18-inch at the front and 19-inch at the rear. The carbon fibre monocoque chassis has a red transparent finish.
The Tributo also gets the optional equipment such as bi-xenon headlamps, Akrapovic dual-mode centre-mounted exhaust, carbon fibre elements, and race-tuned suspension as well. The “Centro Stile Alfa Romeo” badges round off the exterior looks. Buyers can go for the optional piano-black front air intake and rear diffuser inserts.
The cabin features composite sport seats upholstered in a combination of black Dinamica suede and tobacco leather; red-tinted exposed carbon fibre bits, and of course, the limited edition markings.
The 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo continues to be powered by a 1.75-litre (1,750 cc) 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that develops 177 kW (240 metric hp) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. A 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox drives the rear wheels. Its claimed 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time is 4.5 seconds and boasts a top speed of 258 km/h (160 mph).
