Hyundai India (HMIL) registered cumulative sales of 32,279 units in March 2020, a decline of 47.2% compared to a total of 61,150 units sold in March 2019.
Of the total 32,279 units, the domestic sales accounted for 26,300 units while the remaining 5,979 units were exports. HMIL suspended its manufacturing operations at the Chennai facility on 23 March 2020, until further notice from the government.
The 24×7 roadside assistance will be available in case of an emergency. HMIL said that the customers who are not able to avail vehicle warranty/extended warranty/free service due to the shutdowns and lockdowns, it’ll offer extended support of 2 months.
