Hyundai India is introducing a turbocharged petrol engine for the Grand i10 Nios that was launched in the country in August 2019. Available in the ‘Sportz’ trim, the prices start at Rs 7.68 lakh ex-showroom, Pan India.

The 998 cc 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine is the same unit found in the Venue. Here, it is tuned to produce 100 hp at 6,000 rpm and 172 Nm of torque between 1,500 – 4,000 rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Download the updated brochure here.
The Dual Tone paint schemes include Fiery Red with Black Roof and Polar White with Black Roof. The interiors feature an all-black theme with red inserts.
The exterior of the car also gets a subtle ‘Turbo’ badge on the front grille and on the tailgate.
