That’s right. Toyota is showcasing some futuristic concepts at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show, which includes an “e-broom”. It is apparently modeled after a broom used by a witch to fly through the air. Not completely sure what future that broom holds, but check out the other concepts.
e-Racer
The e-Racer appears to be some kind of a virtual racing platform that also creates a custom racing suit that fits perfectly for the body type. Even the seating can be customized to the user’s body, apparently. Via a VR headset, the players can choose various racing environments.
Micro Palette
The Micro Palette is an interesting last-mile delivery concept. It’s a small delivery robot that can deliver packages along with some short messages on its side.
e-4me
The e-4me is a shared mobility service that can take on multiple roles such as a training gym, a dressing room, a private office, and even a music studio. The idea is to enable the passengers to use their time while en route.
e-Care
As the name suggests, the e-Care is a shared mobile diagnostics centre, which the elderly and people with mobility problems can hail and get diagnosed en route to a hospital.
Other noteworthy concepts include the e-Chargeair that can charge more than just a smartphone. Equipped with a wireless battery charging system, this shared mobility service can charge other BEVs while traveling. It apparently can supply electricity not only to the cars but to the city itself, and is equipped with various functions, including an air purifier and Wi-Fi.
