Along with the G V12 900, another car Brabus showcased at the 2019 Frankfurt International Motor Show is a souped-up version of the A 35 4Matic. Unlike the G V12, this one is not limited to any particular number and they’ll most likely build as many as the orders come in.
As for the looks, it gets the typical Brabus treatment, including two-piece front spoiler, flaps at the outboard ends to further reduce front-axle lift at high speeds, Brabus rear wing on the roof which replaces the factory wing, and Brabus Monoblock alloy wheels. This example is fitted with 19-inch Monoblock T wheels shod with 235/35 Pirelli P Zero tyres.
Interiors get stainless steel scuff plates with backlit Brabus logo, Brabus aluminum shift paddles, and high-quality velour floor mats with Brabus logo. Buyers can make special requests for upholstery, which includes Mastik leather and Alcantara.
As for power upgrades, there are PowerXtra and PowerXtra+ plug-and-play modules. The former increases the output by 32 kW / 44 hp (43 bhp) and adds 60 Nm (44 lb-ft) of torque, to a total of 257 kW / 350 hp (345 bhp) and a peak torque of 460 Nm (339 lb-ft). The PowerXtra+ gets 268 kW / 365 hp (359 lb-ft) at 6,300 rpm.
When opted for PowerXtra+, Brabus claims a 0 – 100 km/h acceleration of 4.4 seconds. The top speed, however, is still limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). The sport exhaust system’s muffler can be combined with the stock tailpipes or with four optionally available stainless/carbon tailpipe tips.
