Harley-Davidson has launched the Forty-Eight Special in India, priced at Rs 10,98,000 ex-showroom, Delhi. Based on the 2019 Forty-Eight, the Special gets some visual enhancements.
These include 70s-inspired tank graphics and black Tallboy handlebars. The engine cylinder head covers have been blacked-out as well with a chrome lining.
Rest of the features have been carried over from the standard Forty-Eight, including the 1,202 cc V-twin Evolution engine that produces about 60 hp and 97 Nm of torque at 4,250 rpm. Suspension duties are handled by 49 mm front fork and Emulsion rear shock with a screw pre-load adjuster.
