At this year’s Paris Motor Show, Peugeot unveiled the Station Wagon version of the new 508. Its limited edition 508 SW First Edition also made its debut at the event.
Speaking of which, the First Edition comes with shiny black grille surround and Augusta twin-tone 19-inch alloy wheels with Grey Dust varnish. It will be available in three colours: Dark Blue, Pearly White and Amazonite Grey.
On the inside, the First Edition is adorned with Zebrano essence wood trim and black or red Sellier leather. This limited version includes the Peugeot i-Cockpit consisting of a compact full-grain leather steering wheel, a configurable head-up display, 10-inch HD capacitive touch screen with 3D navigation, FOCAL high-fidelity sound system, black headliner, full LED mood lighting, aluminium pedals and door sills specific to this version.
With the hands-free tailgate, the 508 SW First Edition’s boot has a wood flooring in Zebrano essence, with anti-slip bars. Only on this version, a velvet upholstery with flaps is also provided to protect the floor, the boot sill and the bumper during loading.
Rest of the technology and driving aids have been carried over from the new 508, such as the Night Vision function which can detect living beings in front of the vehicle at night (up to 200 m, beyond main beam), Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go function, Lane Keeping Assist, Full LED headlights, Driver Attention alert, Active Blind Spot Monitoring System and more.
The 508 SW First Edition will be available in PureTech 225 S&S EAT8 (1.6L, 8-speed auto) and BlueHDi 180 S&S EAT8 (2.0L, 8-speed auto) engines.
