BMW says that the new design and better aerodynamics has resulted in a drag coefficient of just 0.23 Cd, thanks to features such as active air flap control, air curtains and an almost completely sealed underbody. Weight is down by around 55 kg depending on the model, and the body rigidity is up by 50%. Weight distribution is a perfect 50:50. The model featured here rides on 19-inch light-alloy wheels.
