As mentioned in the previous posts, some of the finest automobiles in India can be found in Bengaluru. The latest addition to the list is the Aston Martin Vantage AMR V12.
As you can see in the pictures here, the Vantage AMR is based on the previous generation Vantage. The special edition is available in the AMR Halo Pack, taking inspiration from Aston Martin Racing’s 2016 WEC-winning #95 Vantage GTE, or with a choice of 4 standard AMR exterior schemes: Stratus White with an Orange graphic; Ultramarine Black with Blue graphic; Zaffre Blue with Red graphic and Scintilla Silver with Grey graphic.
This particular example is finished in Zaffre Blue with Red stripe. The owner has opted for a wing, extended front splitter and other aero bits as well. The wheel design is different and looks very similar to the ones fitted to the Vantage AMR Pro.
Interiors get some exposed carbon fibre and piano black trims and the AMR signature lime green accents. You also get a matching helmet in AMR livery and some matching luggage too.
Beneath the skin of Vantage AMR is a lightweight aluminium chassis which according to Aston Martin, is bonded with aerospace adhesive. The Vantage AMR comes with a 4.7 V8 or a 5.5-litre V12 engines.
The latter develops over 590 hp and over 620 Nm of torque. Transmission is an automated sequential manual with paddle-shifts or a 6-speed manual for the purists.
The Vantage AMR V12 will share the garage with Aventador SV Roadster, Aventador S, AMG GT R, Huracan Performante, few Porsches and more.
