Ahmedabad-based Menza Motors has launched its first electric bike named Lucat, priced at Rs 2,79,999, ex-showroom. The bike can be booked on Paytm for Rs 10,000.
The Lucat is factory-customized, which means it can be built as per the rider’s requirement and his riding style. The bike comes with generous exposed carbon fibre body, and features include LED headlamp and disc brakes at both ends.
Powering the bike is a brushless DC motor, producing 24 hp (18 kW) and 60 Nm of torque. Top speed is claimed at 121 km/h.
Battery is a 72V Li-ion Pack, which delivers a claimed range of 100 km in the city and 150 km on highways. Charging time is 4 hours, and can also be fast charged in 90 minutes. The bike weighs 153 kg.
