Triumph Motorcycles has launched the Street Triple RS in India, priced at Rs 10,55,000 ex-showroom, Pan India. The RS is the top-spec variant of the Street Triple S that was launched a few months ago.
The motorcycle is powered by the same 765 cc in-line 3-cylinder engine, but delivers 123 PS (121 bhp) at 11,700 rpm and 77 Nm of torque at 10,800 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and gets a Quickshifter.
Features include LED headlamps with DRL, 5-inch color TFT display with adjustable angle, 5-way joystick type switch, gear position indicator, lap timer, ride-by-wire throttle, ABS and switchable traction control.
There are 5 riding modes on offer – Road, Rain, Sport, Rider Programmable and Track.
Front suspension is Showa 41 mm upside-down forks, adjustable, while the rear is Ohlins STX40 fully-adjustable monoshock.
