BMW-owned marque Mini has launched the Mini JCW Pro Edition in India, priced at Rs 43.9 lakh, ex-showroom. Similar to the Mini Cooper S Carbon Edition that was launched a year ago, the Pro Edition too is limited to 20 units, and can be ordered online at Amazon.
The car is available in British Racing Green or Midnight Black exterior colors with blazing red roof and red mirror caps. Other exterior features include LED headlamps, JCW body kit, JCW rear spoiler, carbon fibre tailpipes, 17-inch black alloys, and matte black stripes.
Interiors get JCW sports seats with Alcantara, JCW steering wheel, JCW door sills, 12-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, 6.6-inch touchscreen infotainment, head-up display and a few more.
Other features include electronic damper control, exterior mirror package, and rear parking sensors.
The 2.0L turbo petrol makes 210 hp and 300 Nm of torque, thanks to the JCW tuning kit. The engine is paired with a 6-speed Steptronic automatic transmission with paddle shifters. There is a launch control function too. The car does 0-100 km/h acceleration in 6.5 seconds (claimed). Fuel efficiency is claimed at 17.01 km/l.
The exhaust valve system comes with Sport and Track mode, and there is a Bluetooth exhaust controller.
