That’s right, the Gloster SUV has received an ‘Advanced’ prefix, with prices starting at INR 31.99 lakh, ex-showroom, Pan India. The so-called Advanced Gloster boasts updated ADAS suite and i-SMART connected car features.

When it comes to “facelift”ing, there isn’t much to talk about, because, this isn’t really a facelift. However, the 4×4 model gets a new set of wheels while the rear-wheel-drive model gets a revised rear bumper. Also, a new color named ‘Deep Golden’ joins the palette.
As for the tech updates, the ADAS suite gets three new additions: Door Open Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist. The updated i-SMART connected car tech is now claimed to offer more than 75 features. Download the brochure here.
There are not gonna be any other changes, obviously. The Gloster continues to offer 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo diesel with 8-AT and 2.0L 4-cylinder twin-turbo diesel with AT options; the latter is exclusive to the range-topping Savvy trim and comes with a BorgWarner transfer case. The twin-turbo unit offers 158.5 kW (215.5 metric hp) and 478.5 Nm (353 lb-ft) of torque. It appears that MG has detuned the engine just a li’l bit.
