BMW’s 50 Jahre M Edition range is now joined by the X7 50 Jahre M Edition, priced at INR 1,20,50,000, ex-showroom, Pan India. It is available only in a single xDrive40i M Sport trim and commands a premium of INR 200,000 over the standard spec.
So, what are you getting for that extra money? Well, you get the special BMW 50 Jahre M roundels; BMW 50 Jahre M door projectors; BMW Individual High Gloss Shadow Line with extended contents; 21-inch Y-spoke Jet Black alloy wheels, and I guess that’s about it. The calipers are painted black as opposed to the standard blue. The rest of the features are carried over from the regular xDrive40i M Sport trim, these would include the M Sport Package, BMW Laser Light, and so on. Download the brochure here.
The xDrive40i M Sport is powered by a 3.0L (2,998 cc) straight-six turbo petrol engine with 250 kW (340 metric hp) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and xDrive AWD system.
