BMW has launched the second of the ten ‘50 Jahre M Edition’ models reserved for the Indian market. The first one was the M340i 50 Jahre M Edition, launched just a few days ago, and the second one we’re seeing here is the 6 Series 50 Jahre M Edition. It is available in a single 630i M Sport petrol variant, priced at INR 72,90,000, ex-showroom, Pan India.
On the exterior, you get the special 50 Jahre M BMW roundels; Kidney grille in pearl chrome (gloss black optional); M Aerodynamics package; 19-inch M light-alloy wheels (gloss black optional); M Sport brakes with calipers in Dark Blue metallic, and window frames in high gloss black. BMW Laserlight with up to 650 metre range comes standard. Comfort Access System comes standard as well.
Paint choices include BMW Individual Tanzanite Blue Metallic, M Carbon Black, Bernina Grey Amber Effect and Mineral White. Leather options include Dakota Black, Dakota Cognac and Dakota Ivory. Download the spec sheet here.
The 630i M Sport is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine with 190 kW (258 metric hp) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. An 8-speed automatic gearbox drives the rear wheels.
