While Novitec acknowledges that the Lamborghini Huracan STO is already a wild animal, it believes that there’s still some room for “refinement”—to make it “even more dynamic and thrilling”—whatever that means. And so, the German tuner is offering exterior replacement elements, forged wheels, sport springs, and of course, exhaust options.
The exterior elements include lighter rocker panels on the side with larger intakes than the stock for better cooling of the rear brakes; naked carbon caps for the mirrors, and enlarged air intakes for the rear side windows which supply more air into the engine bay. As mentioned, Novitec is also offering special forged wheels with centrelock, developed in association with Vossen, measuring 20-inch at the front and 21-inch at the rear.
As for suspension, Novitec has two options. The first one is KW coilover suspension that allows for a custom ride height setting; this is available for STOs equipped ex-factory with a front lift system and Magneto shocks. It apparently offers 14 selectable settings each in the high-speed and low-speed range for compression and rebound. The second option is Novitec’s height-adjustable sport springs which allow lowering the ride height by up to 30 mm.
The cockpit too can be customized with leather and Alcantara in any desired color. Moving on to the juicy bits, the STO’s 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 motor remains untouched; it still offers 470 kW (640 hp) and 565 Nm (417 lb-ft) of torque. However, Novitec is offering high-performance exhaust systems with or without actively controlled butterfly valves; the former can be controlled via a remote.
