The special editions mark the end of Chiron and Chiron Sport in Europe
Bugatti is honoring Ettore Bugatti’s eldest daughter L’Ébé, with three special cars: one unit of Chiron L’Ébé and two units of Chiron Sport L’Ébé. Bugatti said that the Chiron L’Ébé and one unit of Chiron Sport L’Ébé have been delivered already, with the third one to be delivered by the end of this month. And nope, we don’t know to whom the cars are being delivered.
But anyway, both special editions feature highlights inspired by L’Ébé’s love for Art Deco. Chiron’s silhouette lines on the side are accented in gold, offering a shimmering contrast against the exposed blue-tinted carbon body. Gold highlights also adorn the “EB” badging, the famous horseshoe grille at the front, the 8.0-litre W16 engine’s badges, and of course, the wheels. L’Ébé’s signature logo hides subtly on the underside of the retractable rear spoiler, as well as on the treadplates and hand-stitched onto the headrests of the seats.
The cockpit subtly mirrors the exterior, with exposed blue-tinted carbon visible throughout, combined with “Silk” leather and subtle gold highlights. Notice that the door panels showcase the evolution of Bugatti cars; while the driver side door panel features the Lake Blue evolution motif against Silk leather, the passenger side reverses the color scheme.
No mechanical changes, obviously, both the OG Chiron and the Chiron Sport pack way more horsepower and torque than you could possibly need. In both models, the 8.0L quad-turbo W16 motor offers 1,103 kW (1,500 metric hp), but the Chiron Sport weighs a li’l bit less.
