Porsche has revealed the first-ever special edition of the hugely successful Taycan all-electric 4-door coupe. The Porsche Taycan GTS Hockenheimring Edition celebrates the 90th anniversary of Germany’s second most popular racetrack.
As the name suggests, the special edition is based on the 440 kW (598 metric hp) Taycan GTS that debuted in November 2021. The exterior of the car is painted in an exclusive Stone Grey, including the rim flanges of the 21-inch Mission E Design wheels. The wheel centre is painted in Bronzite. A customized anniversary logo adorns the B-pillar.
The exterior color theme can be found inside as well, along with, of course, the special logo embossing on the central armrest. The logo can also be found on the keyfob, which I think looks sweet. Decorative accents in Paldao open-pore wood is another highlight of the special edition.
Porsche has been operating an Experience Centre in Hockenheimring since October 2019.
