Following the launch of the F-Pace Sport in Europe just a few days ago, Jaguar has extended the Sport trim to XE and XF models as well, with prices starting at £42,345 for the XE 300 Sport while the XF Saloon and Sportbrake 300 Sport start at £47,730 and £49,005, respectively.

It’s a similar, dark exercise here. The XE 300 Sport features 20-inch ‘Style 1014’ wheels in Dark Satin Grey with a diamond-turned finish, while the XF 300 Sport Saloon and Sportbrake models ride on 20-inch ‘Style 5107’ five-split-spoke wheels—available in two finishes: Gloss Silver with Gloss Black inserts and Gloss Black with Gloss Black inserts. The 300 Sport models are also distinguished with Black Pack, Gloss Black contrast roof and privacy glass.

Speaking of the roof, a sliding panoramic roof can be optionally specified on the XE and XF 300 Sport Saloon models, while the Sportbrake model can be specified with a fixed panoramic roof. All three models can be specified in the full range of solid and metallic colors, including a choice of two premium metallic paints—Carpathian Grey and Silicon Silver.

Inside, the XE and XF 300 Sport feature Monogram Aluminium accents and Satin Charcoal Ash veneers respectively; metal gearshift paddles, and bright metal pedals. One of the key features of the Sport models is the Amazon Alexa integration; requests such as “Alexa, navigate me home”, “Alexa, play my chill-out playlist” and “Alexa show me nearby coffee shops” can all be made by voice.

The Sport models are offered exclusively with Ingenium 4-cylinder petrol engine and all-wheel drive. However, the full global powertrain range for the 2023 model year XE and XF (market-dependant) comprises:

  • 250 metric hp 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol rear-wheel-drive automatic
  • 300 metric hp 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol all-wheel-drive automatic
  • 204 metric hp MHEV 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo diesel rear-wheel-drive automatic
  • 204 metric hp MHEV 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo diesel all-wheel-drive automatic
