Ford has revealed the F-150 Rattler, an entry-level off-roader for those who can’t afford the Tremor or Raptor. The Rattler will be available this fall as a new package on the 2023 F-150 lineup. Pricing is yet to be announced.
The F-150 Rattler package builds on the entry-level XL series, with some content from the optional FX4 Off-Road package such as skid plates, electronic rear-locking differential, hill descent control, and specially tuned off-road shock absorbers. Rounding off the package are rugged all-terrain tires wrapped to 18-inch aluminum wheels.
Visually, it gets Rattler badging on the fender vents and rattlesnake-inspired graphics. Exterior colors include Oxford White, Avalanche, Iconic Silver, Carbonized Gray, Antimatter Blue, Stone Gray, Agate Black and Rapid Red TriCoat. Inside, you get Onyx seats with burnished bronze accents to match with the dashboard.
Also, the renderings here showcase a double-cab while the XL is available only as a Regular Cab, but will update as and when the information becomes available.
