Following the launch of the Ertiga facelift a few days ago, Maruti Suzuki has now launched the XL6 facelift in the country, with prices starting at INR 11.29 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Variant-wise ex-Delhi prices (in INR) below:

As with the Ertiga facelift, the 2022 XL6 looks exactly the same as it looked in 2019, except for a revised front grille design and new 16-inch alloy wheels. As for the exterior body colors, you have five monotone and three dual-tone options: Nexa Blue, Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Grandeur Grey, Brave Khaki, Opulent Red, Splendid Silver with Black Roof, Brave Khaki with Black Roof, and Opulent Red with Black Roof.
Inside, you get enhanced safety in the form of four airbags (driver, front passenger, and front seat side) as standard across all variants. Other safety systems include Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Electronic Stability Program with Hill Hold Assist, and a 360-degree camera.
Other key features inside include a 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen, ventilated front seats, onboard voice assistant (trigged with “Hi Suzuki” command), Suzuki Connect connected car technology, and telescopic steering.
New automatic gearbox this time
As for the mechanical bits, the 2022 XL6 is powered by a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder K-series petrol engine coupled with a mild-hybrid system, offering 75.8 kW (103 metric hp) at 6000 rpm and 136.8 Nm (101 lb-ft) of torque at 4400 rpm. Transmission can either be a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic with paddle shifters (4-speed auto in the past). It appears that the output figures are slightly down compared with the outgoing model in exchange for fuel-efficiency. Speaking of which, MSIL claims 20.97 km/l for MT and 20.27 km/l for AT.
