Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched the Camry facelift in India, with prices starting at INR 41.70 lakh, ex-showroom, Pan India. The Camry Hybrid that is on sale in India is the one that got facelifted for Europe back in November 2020 and not the North American-spec 2022 model. But anyway, the Camry is available only in a single variant in India.
Key exterior features include automatic LED projector headlights, front LED fog lights, LED taillight signatures, rear fog lights, 18-inch machined-finish alloy wheels, ORVMs with auto retract and memory functions, and a moon roof with tilt & slide function.
Key features inside include 10-way power-adjustable front seats with memory function for the driver; ventilation for front seats; rear seats with power recline; rear power sunshade, 3-zone climate control, a 9-inch central touchscreen, Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity, wireless smartphone charging, 9-speaker JBL audio system, and rear USB charging ports. Safety features include 9 airbags, ABS with EBD, Brake Assist, TPMS, Hill-start Assist, and more.
The hybrid powertrain is a combination of a 2.5-litre (2,487 cc) 4-cylinder petrol engine (A25A-FXS) and an 88 kW (120 hp) electric motor, offering a combined 160 kW (218 metric hp). An e-CVT drives the front wheels.
