Those waiting for Skoda’s take on the Volkswagen ID.5 don’t have to wait for too long since the Enyaq Coupé iV is all set to shed its camouflage on 31 January 2022. According to Skoda, the Enyaq Coupé iV will have the best-in-class drag coefficient of 0.234 Cd (regular model: 0.27 Cd), which is expected to make it even more efficient.
Skoda claims that the Enyaq Coupé iV 80 RWD will offer a WLTP range of over 535 km (332+ mi) with an 82 kWh (77 kWh usable) battery pack. And yes, AWD versions will also be available.
There are some minor changes in dimensions: while the wheelbase (2,765 mm) and width (1,879 mm) remain unchanged, the length of 4,563 mm and the height of 1,617 mm make the Enyaq Coupé iV 4 mm longer and a millimetre taller than the Enyaq iV.
Other features include a standard panoramic sunroof, a boot capacity of 570 litres, and usage of sustainable materials such as seat covers made from 40% virgin wool and 60% polyester made from 318 recycled PET bottles.
