KTM has launched the new 250 Adventure in India, priced at INR 2.35 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The adventure motorcycle is available in two flavors: Electronic Orange and Factory Racing Blue.
The motorcycle is built around a lightweight steel trellis frame that is claimed to offer more than sufficient stability and controllability to the rider. A sub-frame is bolted-on at the rear with four screws. Other key features include a two-part seat, off-road ABS, a 43 mm upside-down front fork with 170 mm travel, an adjustable monoshock at the rear with 177 mm travel, and disc brakes measuring 320 mm at the front and 230 mm at the rear.
As the name suggests, the 250 Adventure is powered by a 249 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that pumps out 22 kW (30 metric hp) and 24 Nm (18 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring anti-hopping clutch.
