Maruti Suzuki is busy baking the Baleno facelift which is expected to make its market debut in early 2022. A couple of spy shots have surfaced online which reveal its reworked front and rear fascias.
Speaking of which, the front fascia sports a wider grille that creates an illusion of flowing into the headlights. The headlights appear to be new, and of course, the bumper design has also been revised. Overall, the front fascia kinda reminds me of the Ciaz. The side profile will most likely remain unchanged, except for a new set of wheels, while at the rear, the taillights extend into the tailgate. Not sure if those extensions work or are purely cosmetic.
Powertrains are expected to be carried over from the outgoing model, which are a regular 1.2L petrol coupled with 5-MT/CVT and a 1.2L petrol combined with a mild-hybrid system and coupled with a 5-MT.
