The Toyota Fortuner Legender is now available in a 4×4 variant, priced at INR 42,33,000, ex-showroom, Pan India. Compared with the RWD Fortuner Legender, the 4×4 variant commands a hefty premium of INR 3,72,000.
The rest of the things will remain the same, obviously. The Fortuner Legender is powered by a 2.75-litre (2,755 cc) 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that develops 150 kW (204 metric hp) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque, paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The 4×4 automatic variants also get an Electronic Differential Lock function.
“The Legender has seen increasing sales and till date, we have sold more than 2,700 units of the 4×2 variant across the country,” said Mr. Wiseline Sigamani, Associate General Manager for Sales and Marketing at TKM.
Other key features include Quad-LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen, dual-zone climate control, 11-speaker JBL audio system, and 7 airbags.
