Long live the V12
As the new Maybach S-Class gets closer to its market launch date in Europe, Mercedes-Benz has confirmed that the uber-luxury limousine is getting a V12 powerplant to rival the Bentley Flying Spur W12.
The V12-powered Maybach S-Class will be decorated with V12 badges on its front fenders/wings, and it’ll be designated as S 680. The official output figures of the V12 are yet to announced, but you can expect over 600 horses and close to 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque. Of course, will update this once the information becomes available.
