Lincoln is showcasing the Zephyr Reflection concept at the 2021 Auto Shanghai. The Ford-owned luxury marque said that the concept “showcases expressive and vibrant exterior, serene and technology-forward interior for the China market”.
The handsome sedan sports the brand’s latest design language with a connected running light signature at the front, which is mimicked at the rear. Upon approach, the headlights and taillights perform a welcome animation. The updated Lincoln grille at the front features a starburst pattern. Notice how the design element on the side flows seamlessly into the flush door handles. The satin silver paint is complemented with tinted chrome and copper accents. Rounding off the exterior looks are wheels with aero flaps.
Inside, the dashboard is filled with displays, including the ones for the exterior cameras that replace the traditional wing mirrors. The central display appears to stretch all the way to the passenger side. Lincoln calls the HMI ‘Constellation’, featuring three exclusive themes – Normal, Sport, and Zen, which can be chosen depending on the driver’s mood. Notice the PRND switches (appears capacitive) underneath the central display.
Lincoln hasn’t shared any technical information yet; the company didn’t even say anything about the Zephyr being a BEV. However, it’s probably safe to assume that the Zephyr is a BEV considering that it is “designed solely for the China market”.
