Skoda has revealed the 4th generation Octavia-based Octavia Sportline, available in both sedan and estate variants in Europe. The Sportline is, of course, a mid-range variant that slots between the Style and the range-topping RS variant.
The Sportline will have subtle visual differences in the form of gloss black elements such as a front lip spoiler, the grille and its frame, Skoda wordmark on the tailgate, and the rear diffuser. The sedan also gets an integrated bootlid spoiler in black. As before, there’s a chrome accent attached to the diffuser that mimics exhaust outlets. The Sportline rides on 17-inch polished black ‘Pulsar’ alloy wheels as standard, while there are 18- and 19-inch options.
The cabin will feature Piano Black decorative strips, sports seats with integrated headrests, ThermoFlux upholstery for seats, a three-spoke steering wheel, and a USB-C port on the rear view mirror.
The Octavia Sportline will be available with regular petrol and diesel engines, a natural gas (CNG) variant, and also a 204 hp PHEV variant. The 190 hp 2.0L TSI variant comes with 7-speed DSG and all-wheel drive as standard.
