Vespa is celebrating its 75th anniversary with two special ‘Vespa 75th’ scooters, available as Vespa Primavera (available in 50, 125 and 150 cc variants) and Vespa GTS (available in 125 and 300 cc variants). The scooters will be limited to 2021 only.
The scooters are finished in ‘Giallo 75th’, a subtle metallic yellow shade, which is apparently a contemporary interpretation of 1940s paint. Adding contrast is the number 75 on the side panels and front mudguard. The traditional “tie” on the front is in Opaque Pyrite Yellow.
The special scooters also feature nubuck leather saddle in smoke grey with piping, wheel rims painted in grey with a diamond finish and a host of chrome-plated details. The rear luggage rack houses a round bag for a spare wheel; it is also made from nubuck leather in the same color as the saddle.
Each Vespa 75th comes with a Welcome Kit that includes an Italian jacquard-silk scarf with handsewn hems, a vintage steel Vespa plate, a personal Owner’s Book and 8 collector postcards with images from the 8 decades of the Vespa story.
