It appears that Hyundai India has finally decided to let go of the second-generation i10 (known as Grand i10) as it has removed the vehicle from its official website. When the third-generation model (sold as Grand i10 Nios) was launched in August 2019, the company decided to continue selling the second-gen model alongside.
The Grand i10 offered a choice of 1.2L 3-cylinder diesel engine and a 1.2-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine, with 5-speed MT and 4-speed AT gearboxes.
With the discontinuation of the Grand i10, Hyundai India now has 3 hatchbacks on offer — Santro, Grand i10 Nios and i20.
