Alfa Romeo has revealed the Stelvio Veloce Ti, as part of the 2021 Stelvio lineup. It gets some visual enhancements to make it a touch more sporty compared to the base model and new 21-inch alloy wheels. In case you’re wondering, the ‘Ti’ stands for Turismo Internazionale.
While the front fascia is identical to the MY20 Stelvio we saw a year ago, the rear-end of the Stelvio Veloce Ti features a diffuser-like insert on the bumper. The aforementioned, new 21-inch alloy wheels are optional, and they’re making the debut in the Veloce Ti before being made available on the other trims. The five-hole design is pretty similar to those on the Stelvio NRING limited edition.
The cabin features sporty seats upholstered in a leather-Alcantara combination; red contrast stitching; black headlining; aluminium shift paddles, and real carbon fibre accents.
As for the business end, the Stelvio Veloce Ti doesn’t get the Ferrari-built 510 hp 2.9L V6 twin-turbo motor. What it gets, however, is a 206 kW (280 hp) 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and Q4 AWD system. As with the original Stelvio, the drive shaft is made of carbon fibre.
The 2021 Stelvio lineup gets a suite of optional Alfa Connect Services. The packs include My Assistant (offers an SOS call function), My Remote (allows remote control of the car’s certain functions), My Navigation (can send a destination directly from a smartphone or web portal to the car), and My Theft Assistance, which alerts the owner.
