Porsche delivered a total of 191,547 vehicles in the first three quarters of 2020, registering a decline of 5% compared to 202,318 vehicles sold during the same period in the previous year.
China continues to be the largest single market for Porsche in terms of volume, accounting for 62,823 vehicles from January through September. The Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East consumed 87,030 Porsches, while Europe received 55,483 cars between January and September. Porsche delivered 39,734 cars in the U.S.
In terms of models, the Cayenne continued to lead demand with 64,299 units sold in the first 9 months, followed by the Macan with 55,124 units and the 911 with 25,400 units delivered — the latter is 1% more than in the previous year. The highly acclaimed all-electric Taycan clocked 10,944 deliveries worldwide in the first three quarters.
