Just to remind, the Duster sold in India is a facelift of the first generation model. The second generation Duster never made it to the Indian shores. With that out of the way, let’s go ahead and find out the business end of the story.
Speaking of which, the 1.3-litre (1,330 cc) 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine is the same unit that powers the Nissan Kicks Turbo that was launched in India in May 2020. The output figures are the same too, which are 156 metric hp (116 kW) at 5,500 rpm and 254 Nm (187 lb-ft) of torque at 1,600 rpm. The engine can be paired with either a CVT (automatic) or a 5-speed manual transmission.
Feature list includes Climate Control, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity, Cruise Control, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and a rearview camera with guidelines.
New additions include Diamond-Cut 17-inch alloy wheels, Remote Precooling, Hill Start Assist, and Electronic Stability Program (ESP). Download the Duster Turbo Petrol brochure here.
