MG Motor India recorded a total retail sales of 1,376 vehicles in February 2020. This includes 158 units of ZS EV, the carmaker’s second offering in the country, which was launched in January 2020. The company also announced that the EV has received over 3,000 bookings till date.

Mr. Sidana also said that the unforeseen coronavirus outbreak has severely affected the company’s European and Chinese supply chains, disrupting the production and impacting the sales in February and is expected to continue through March. “We are working towards stabilizing the situation and are hopeful that reasonable normalcy will be restored by the end of March,” he added.
As for the Hector, the company said that nearly 20,000 units have been sold in the last 8 months and the bookings have crossed 50,000 units.
