Maruti Suzuki has sold a total of 147,110 vehicles in February 2020, registering a marginal decline of 1.1% compared to 148,682 units during the same period in 2019. The total sales include 134,150 units in the domestic market, 2,699 units of domestic OEM sales and 10,261 units of exports.
The ‘Compact’ segment which includes the Wagon R, Swift and Baleno, saw a decline of 3.9% in February 2020 while the ‘Utility Vehicles’ segment which includes the Vitara Brezza, recorded a growth of 3.5%.
The Ciaz sales continue to decline, however, it sold a lot more units in February 2020 compared to just 835 in January 2020.
