Alpine has revealed two new limited edition variants of the A110 called Légende GT and Color Edition, with the former being limited to 400 units globally.
The Légende GT as the name suggests, is based on the existing Légende trim with bespoke design elements. Speaking of which, it is finished in Argent Mercure (Mercury Silver) exterior paintwork with pale gold embellishments (logos & monograms). Translucent LED taillights and 18-inch ‘Sérac’ alloy wheels in pale gold finish are other distinguishing factors.
Inside the cabin, a numbered plaque, backlit door sills, carbon fibre styling elements with a warm copper weave and bespoke amber leather upholstery complement the elegant exterior. The Color Edition is based on the more powerful A110S. It comes exclusively finished in Sunflower Yellow and will be offered till the end of 2020. Once off sale, the paint finish will be retired from Alpine’s color palette. However, the Color Edition will be updated annually.
Besides the aforementioned paintwork, it gets headlamps with Black inserts, Black Alpine logos & monograms, 18-inch matt Black ‘GT Race’ alloy wheels, Anthracite calipers, and the optional gloss carbon roof.
Inside, the Color Edition gets Sabelt bucket seats in leather and Dinamica with an embroidered yellow Alpine logo, leather and Dinamica-wrapped steering wheel with Yellow 12 o’clock marker, contrast grey stitching and of course, a Limited Edition plaque. As with the A110S, the Color Edition too features a sports-tuned chassis with springs that are 50% stiffer and anti-roll bars that are twice as firm. In addition, the tyres are wider with a new compound, all of which allows for high cornering grip and immediate handling response, Alpine said.
Alpine is also introducing ‘Atelier Alpine’, the brand’s personalization programme. It offers 29 new exterior paint options and various wheel and brake caliper colors.
