Jaguar has launched the XE facelift in India, with prices starting at Rs 44.98 lakh ex-showroom, Pan India. In India, the new XE is available in S and SE trims.
Features and technologies include LED headlamps, LED taillamps, 17-inch alloy wheels, 10-inch Touch Pro infotainment system, Apple CarPlay & Android Auto compatibility, and All Surface Progress Control (ASPC). Driver assistance technology includes Driver Condition Monitor, Lane Keep Assist, and a rear camera.
The XE in India is powered by either a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel or 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engines. The former produces 132 kW (180 hp) at 4,000 rpm and 430 Nm of torque between 1,750 – 2,500 rpm. The petrol engine offers 184 kW (250 hp) at 5,500 rpm and 365 Nm of torque between 1,500 – 4,000 rpm. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.
