Porsche has launched the updated Macan in India, priced at Rs 69,98,000 for the standard model and Rs 85,03,000 for the Macan S. Both prices are ex-showroom, Pan India. The 2019 Macan was globally unveiled in Shanghai, a year ago.
Feature list includes LED headlamps, 3D light strip at the rear, seat surfaces with Alcantara, and new Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system. Options list includes GT sports steering wheel and steering integrated mode switch with Sport Response button – part of the optional Sport Chrono Package.
Powering the standard Macan in India is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with an output of 245 hp and 370 Nm of torque, which helps the Macan accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds with the aforementioned Sport Chrono Package, and reaches a top speed of 224 km/h. The Macan S is powered by a V6 engine with 354 hp and 480 Nm of torque, enough to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.1 seconds with the optional Sport Chrono Package; top speed is 254 km/h. Both engines are paired to a 7-speed PDK.
