At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, Maserati revealed their plans to offer customization programme in the future. A Levante One Of One served as a proof of concept.
Customized by Allegra Antinori, Vice President of Italian wine firm Marchesi Antinori, the flashy Levante is finished in a tri-coat green, a special colour apparently inspired by the shades of Tuscan hills. The external details such as door handles, side air vents and grille inserts are finished in dark chrome.
The interiors are finished in Pieno Fiore leather, colored with aniline and oils and with no surface finishes, but is ornamented with classical button-tufted effect 3D embroidery. Like a fine wine, this leather will improve with age, the company said.
The centre console sports carbon fibre with copper wire and high gloss finish. The 100% natural mohair wool mats round off the customization.
Another version of Levante that was showcased was the Trofeo Launch Edition, limited to 100 units. Based on the Levante Trofeo, the special edition will be available not only in this Blu Emozione Matte colour, but also in the unique paints Giallo Modenese and Rosso Magma.
The interior features sports seats with a premium full-grain Pieno Fiore leather, with contrast stitching and a Trofeo logo embroidered on the headrest, available in blue, red or yellow. The exclusive carbon fibre inserts on the bumpers, side skirts and specially designed bonnet add more style.
The 22-inch Orione rims can be matte or glossy black finish, while the brake calipers are available in silver, blue, yellow or red.
The third Levante was this MY19 Levante S Q4 GranSport in Brown exterior, and interiors customized with Zegna PELLETESSUTA. The crossover rides on 21-inch polished Helios rims.
Ermenegildo Zegna is a longstanding partner of Maserati, and the PELLETESSUTA is a new material made by Zegna exclusively for Maserati. Its a special woven nappa leather which is also lightweight.
