As we can see in the pictures, the changes on the Baleno facelift are literally just that. There’s a new grille with 3D detailing, sportier looking bumper design with new fog lamp housings, and new 16-inch precision cut alloy wheels. There seems to be no changes on the side and rear profile. Overall, the front fascia looks a lot more contemporary than the outgoing model.

No changes under the hood. The 83 bhp 1.2-litre (1,197 cc) petrol and the Fiat-sourced 74 bhp 1.3-litre (1,248 cc) DDiS diesel engines continue to power the Baleno. A 5-speed manual transmission is standard while a choice of CVT is offered for the petrol variants.

The Baleno facelift is available in 6 color options – Nexa Blue, Premium Silver, Autumn Orange, Pearl Arctic White, Magma Grey and Phoenix Red – the last two shades are new additions to the palette.
