Tata Motors has issued a voluntary recall for the Tigor diesel MT models, manufactured between 6th March, 2017 to 1st Dec, 2017. This is “to rectify potential emission issues,” the company said in a statement.
The vehicles are safe to drive and there is no concern related to Safety, the company added. Owners of the concerned vehicles (Chassis No. MAT629401GKP52721 to MAT629401HKN89616) will be contacted by the dealer representatives, and the fix will be done free of cost.
Concerned Tigor diesel (MT) owners can also take their vehicles to their nearest dealership, with prior appointment.
