BMW India has started CKD (Completely Knocked Down) assembly of the 3rd generation X3 at the company’s plant in Chennai. The SUV is scheduled to be launched in the market on April 19, 2018.
The new X3 was globally unveiled in June 2017. Compared to its predecessor, the new model weighs 55 kg less, and the improved aerodynamics results in a drag coefficient of 0.29 Cd. More information about the new X3 and more pictures can be found here.
